Bedroom 2 features a double bed (180cm, convertible into 2 single beds) and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, shower, and toilet.
Bedroom 3 presents a double bed (180cm, convertible into 2 single beds), a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 both offer double beds (180cm, convertible into 2 single beds).
A shared bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin, and shower.
The villa is nestled in a large enclosed garden with charming sitting areas to soak in the tranquility and pleasant weather. A covered terrace, attached to the villa, features a spacious dining table, an outdoor fireplace, a barbecue, a ceiling fan, and a patio heater. The inviting 10mx5m heated pool is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, beach chairs, and an additional dining table. An outdoor shower, a ping-pong table and a pétanque court add to the recreational options. For the little ones, a cot and a high chair are thoughtfully provided, ensuring a delightful stay for the whole family.
