The interior is bright and has a modern atmosphere. Anell has a built area of 88 m² and is situated on a plot of 512 m². You have a built garden at your disposal. You will find the pool at the back of the villa. You will reach the pool via the terrace going up. Anell has a fixed stone barbecue with cooking facilities. This vacation home is very suitable for families with children due to its central location.Additional features: Please check if youth groups (average age equal to or under 25 years) are allowed in this holiday residence, it may require a refundable security deposit of 1000€. Bed linen and towels are not included in this villa but can be rented. Bed linen costs 15 euros per person, towels 7.50 euros per person. They can be booked separately.
