Summary:
LOCATION: This 3 story villa is right by Coral Reef Yacht Club and Shake-A-Leg Miami (where all the Regatta’s in Miami are). This fantastic gateway to Miami is only min to Miracle Mile (Top restaurants) and 20 minutes from South Beach. Best of all, it comes complete with a full work office that includes a printer.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire first.
The Space:
BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 10 guests in 6 beds. Smart TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom and outside patio. See bed count below:
- Master Bedroom: 1 King (Sleeps 2) and a daybed that includes 2 Single beds (Sleeps two total)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: 2 Queens (Sleeps 4)

BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels, washcloths and a hairdryer. Half bathroom downstairs does not include shampoo, conditioner or body soap.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included & Keurig). Also included are a juicer, insta-pot, blender, toaster, and slow cooker. We have wine glasses and a wine cooler for your convenience. The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware and more. Additional dining table has seating for 4 people.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill (at no extra cost to you) and outdoor seating. Pool and Jacuzzi are for your enjoyment, and not for horse play. We do provide large beach towels. Fire pit is included at no extra cost. Smart TV comes with local channels and access to all your favorite streaming apps. Gym area comes with boxing gloves to work-out with.
TERRACE: Has seating for 16 and includes a fire pit. We also have a dining table and tanning chairs.
PARKING: Three to four cars maximum (depending on size of vehicle).
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Beach towels, high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, Iron and ironing board, 1 pack-n-play (upon request), and 3 Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Wine cooling fridge and 2 cocktail tools can be found in the kitchen and waiting area.
NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the entrance and grass area). No surveillance is located inside the home. This is a pet friendly property; a $200 pet fee is required per pet. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted, we are not responsible for any mail/packages.
WAIVER: This property has a waiver that will need to be signed prior to check-in by the guest who's name appears on the reservation. Not all guests need to sign but all are expected to follow all house rules.
Guest Access:
Please note - all door codes & information will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in . Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.
The Neighborhood:
Miami has so much history and life! You can enjoy the world famous Miami Beach, go out on a boat or Jet-ski and later make your way to your local bar for drinks and salsa dancing. Whatever you decide to do in Miami we can guarantee you will have an unforgettable time!
Getting Around:
Because we are in close proximity to so many locations, having a car is not a necessity. A simple Uber/Lyft ride can take you to your favorite restaurant or to the beach. If you are in need of a car rental please let us know and we can try our best to accommodate.
Other Things to Note:
As per city code this property is only available for 30+ day rentals. We will reach out to you with check-in instructions within 2 days prior to your arrival. The Guest Experience Team will be your point of contact throughout your entire stay. We are here if you need us, but not if you don't!
