The sun-drenched living area features comfortable furniture, a Smart TV and access to the screened-in porch complete with an outdoor sofa.
The dining area is past the living area and features seating for 6. The open-concept kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and stackable full-size washer and dryer.
The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has queen bed, twin bunks and a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.
Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.
Pet Policy: This property allows ONE (1) dog, with a max weight of 25 lbs. An additional non-refundable fee of $225 is required if you are bringing a dog.
Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head Island have access to complex tennis courts and 3 communal complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
