Situated in the secluded and sought after area of Cabo de la Nao, not far from the lighthouse or the famous coves of Granadella and Portichol, the location is accessible to all the main attractions in Jávea, whilst providing guests with the freedom and privacy of a large, private residence.
Divided into two self-contained living areas. The main house has two floors, on the ground floor is a spacious lounge with comfy seating, Smart TV, and direct access to outdoor pool terrace. An open-plan kitchen/diner, and two bedrooms with shared shower room. Upstairs the master bedroom has a large en-suite shower and open-air balcony with chill-out chairs and stunning woodland views. The bedrooms, kitchen and lounge are equipped with wall-mounted air-conditioning units.
Outside and down a short flight of stairs, the second part of the house consists of a central lounge, two large bedrooms, a shared shower room and an open plan corner kitchen-come-diner. One large air-conditioning unit in the lounge efficiently cools the rooms in this space. Fancy breakfast ‘al-fresco’? Grab your coffee and a croissant and head over to the covered gazebo, which sits at the edge of the garden, enjoying woodland views and sounds of the local birdlife.
Back upstairs, the pool terrace and covered dining area with outdoor kitchen, and BBQ is the perfect place for all the family to come together.

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
