THE ATMOSPHERE
LAKEVIEW is a stunning architect villa extremely well located in Biarritz, right in front of the Lake Marion. In a peaceful residential neighborhood, take advantage of those beautiful spaces of this rental villa with swimming pool and garden, for your relaxing and well-deserved holidays, in an exceptional place with fantastic lake views. Please note that Biarritz airport is nearby and in summer, planes fly more frequently. It can be a bit noisy at times, but being that close to the aiport is also very convenient (no traffic !) ;-)
THE VILLA
The living room of this holiday villa in Biarritz is very spacious and features incredible daylight thanks to its many bay windows. It’s fully equipped with comfortable couches, a beautiful stone fireplace (with can not be used) and it’s open onto the dining room featuring a beautiful table able to sit up to 10 people. We especially love the contemporary style of this beautiful living area, with its design ceiling lights and vintage decorative items ! The kitchen of this holiday rental is modern and fully equipped. With its central island and its complete set of kitchen utensils and equipment, you will love to prepare delicious meals with family and friends ! You will be able to choose to dine either on the beautiful design dining table, or on the terrace table overlooking the beautiful garden. You have also the liberty to have your breakfast, your snack or your aperitif on one of the many deck chairs of the villa !
THE BEDROOMS
LAKEVIEW can sleep up to twelve people in 6 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each decorated with their own atmosphere and style ! You will find the first bedroom upstairs next to the living room : it features a double bed, a large closet and a shower room with separated toilets. On the ground floor and separated by a long hallway which could be a museum gallery with an impressive entomology collection, there are 4 double bedrooms with each their own shower room with toilets, and access to a common terrace. Finally, you have one last lovely suite in the pool house, a lovely bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and air conditioning. Be ready to enjoy direct swimming pool and garden views !
HOW CONVENIENT
You can park two cars inside the property and one in the garage. You can also enjoy the gym, the many terraces and the big swimming pool (15m x 3,5m, heated from May 15 to September 15). There is air conditioning in the pool house only, other bedrooms can use fans.
WHAT WE LOVE
LAKEVIEW features incredible outdoor living spaces. With its upstairs terrace offering a breathtaking view of the pool, garden and lake in the back drop, and its garden-level terrace, you will be quiet spoilt ! The relaxing spots are endless : in the pool, on the terrace, in the garden by the pétanque field… Just enjoy the outdoor living any time of the day at LAKEVIEW !
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
LAKEVIEW is a beautiful rental villa in a peaceful neighborhood in Biarritz, right in front of the Lake Marion. You can even enjoy lake views, how blissful ! The nearest beach is the Marbella beach about a 30-minute walk or a 4-minute drive. Biarritz’s city center is about a 7-minute drive and the train station is 3 minutes away from the villa. This is the ideal place if you want to avoid the noisy town center without being in the remote countryside !
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 9am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 9am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
From 10:00 pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €120
From 6h00 to 9h00 - €80
