Our holiday park is located at a unique location on the water with its own marina and/or moorings. That means ultimate enjoyment! At our park, you can choose to stay in a cozy, modern, and compact house or a sustainable and comfortable villa. Nature, luxury, and water (sports), you will find it all at our park, that will be a wonderful holiday!
Of course, the best is to fully enjoy and relax at your holiday house, but we also understand that you want to get out and about. Good news; there is plenty to do around in the Netherlands. For example, visit the pleasant village of Maurik and stroll through the streets. Or take a lovely walk or bike ride at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Of course, an afternoon of sailing cannot be missed in our water landscape; the Betuwe is the perfect location for this! In short, you certainly don't have to be bored. Due to the unique location, abundant facilities, and tranquility, you will immediately experience a wonderful holiday feeling!


Our luxurious and charming detached holiday villas for 2–4 guests all offer a unique view of the water or one of the marinas. These villas are designed to provide a high level of comfort, and privacy, and include a spacious hardwood terrace – everything needed for a perfect waterside retreat.
With high ceilings and large glass windows, the villas feel exceptionally spacious, ensuring ample natural light and views of the water. Inside, there is a modern and roomy living area featuring a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for four, and a large flat-screen TV. This space is ideal for enjoying a meal together, playing a board game, or watching a movie. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge-freezer, stovetop with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, so you can enjoy cooking with ease.
Each villa has two bedrooms, both furnished with two single box-spring beds and a flat-screen TV in each room, along with ample storage space. Beds are made up upon your arrival for added convenience. The luxurious, spacious bathroom features a rain shower, double sink, and toilet. From the living room, you can step out onto the beautifully designed hardwood terrace and adjacent lawn, furnished with a comfortable dining table for four and a parasol.
If you have a boat, the harbor is within easy walking distance, allowing you direct access to the Lower Rhine. All villas are smoke-free, equipped with WiFi, and include indoor storage space. You’ll also find convenient parking for one car right at the accommodation.

Located in Maurik in the scenic Betuwe region, this charming spot is ideal for nature lovers and families. Close to the "Eiland van Maurik" recreational lake, it offers plentiful water activities like swimming, sailing, and paddleboarding, plus beach areas and picnic spots. The surrounding landscape is perfect for cycling and walking trails, winding through beautiful orchards and along the Rijn (Rhine) River.

Nearby historic towns like Wijk bij Duurstede, Tiel, and Buren add a cultural touch, each with its own unique heritage, festivals, and cozy cafes. For those seeking larger natural reserves, the lush Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is a short drive away and ideal for hiking. The Betuwe region’s rich agricultural scene also makes it easy to enjoy fresh, local produce at nearby markets and cafes. With its riverside views, charming villages, and outdoor activities, this location in Maurik offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.

 Arrival and Departure:Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.Guests are asked to return the key at the designated location upon departure.
Booking Requirements:Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment, with final payment required before arrival.Weekly rentals are mandatory during peak holiday periods; otherwise, daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays.
Accommodation Rules:Overnight visitors must be registered in advance. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax may apply.Youth groups and parties are not permitted.Business stays or reservations are available on request and subject to approval.
Facilities and Amenities:Bed linens and towels are provided in most cases; please check your booking confirmation for details.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen—guests are advised to bring their own.
