It enjoys a peaceful residential location, and offers a beautiful and refined interior. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the private swimming-pool (5 x 11,5 m - depth 165 cm - roman steps - nice salty water).

The spacious living room leads onto a delightful covered terrace. One of the rooms on the first floor has a private terrace.

It is possible to separate one of the 160m beds into two separate beds. This must be requested in advance.
