Spacious villa located a few km south of Syracuse. An incredible location where you can admire the crystal clear sea coast which stretches for over 14 km and is famous for its flora and fauna and numerous marine species of the Mediterranean. There are 32 different entrances to the beaches of the gulf. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house.

This beautiful villa is immersed in the marine reserve of Plemmirio and is within walking distance of its best beaches. It is a very quiet area for those looking to relax and enjoy Sicily surrounded by a serene atmosphere.
The interior is elegantly decorated, making it an ideal pied-à-terre for a family or group of friends who appreciate the typical Sicilian style.
This structure is entirely on one floor and is perfect for 7 adults, in addition to a possible child.
There is a private entrance from one of the narrow streets directly onto the large garden, fully equipped with garden furniture for relaxing and eating (including barbecue). The front door opens onto the living area, which has a sofa bed, which can serve as a second bedroom for 2 adults, a perfect desk for desktop support, satellite TV and free wifi throughout. The living room and dining room are shared with the full kitchen, which is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and a third with a single bed. A cot is available (on request). There is plenty of light, thanks to its large doors that open onto a lovely private patio and garden, perfect for alfresco dining or morning coffee. The house has 1 bathroom with double shower and bidet to serve guests. There is also a second bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine.
The icing on the cake is definitely the location, as it is located right in the heart of the Marine Reserve of Plemmirio, far from the noise of the crowd, but perfect for going to the beach or making day trips to Sicily or nearby Syracuse.
