It serves as the perfect launchpad for exploring Cancale and its vicinity. With shops just 1 kilometre away and several sandy beaches within a range of 1 to 2.5 kilometres, everything is conveniently within walking distance! My holiday retreat in Cancale Stepping into Fleur de Marie instantly transports you into a holiday haven. The ground floor boasts a delightful 50 m² living room, retaining all the charm of yesteryears with its exposed beams. Here, you'll find a dining area for convivial gatherings and a lounge area to unwind by the fireplace during winter (wood not provided). The open kitchen is fully equipped to whip up delectable meals for your group! Upstairs, discover 4 bedrooms, all with ample storage space. The first 2 bedrooms, positioned just above the staircase, feature a queen-size bed (160x200) and a workspace. Please note, the ceiling height in this section is 1.90 meters from the floor to the beams. The remaining 2 bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (90x190) each, which can be joined to form a double bed upon request. In this area, the ceiling height is standard (2.40 meters). Nestled between the sleeping quarters is a leisure area with a bench and television, perfect for children to play. The house comprises 3 bathrooms: a small one on the ground floor with a shower and integrated toilet, and two upstairs. The first bathroom, situated in the first sleeping area, features a bathtub, while the second, located in the other sleeping area, is equipped with a shower and toilet. Another separate toilet is situated upstairs. Garden of my holiday rental in Cancale Fleur de Marie boasts a delightful private exterior spanning approximately 500 m², facing south. The charming garden is beautifully landscaped and fully fenced for privacy. Garden furniture and deck chairs await you. Note: Bed linen is optional for stays of 6 nights or less: €18 per person (including bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person). For stays of 7 nights or more, linen is included in your rental. The house is semi-detached on one side, ensuring privacy in the intimate garden. The first part of the floor, housing the 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), features a low ceiling: 1.90 meters from the floor to the beams maximum. The fireplace is operational (wood not provided) and can be used only from November 1st to March 30th. After use, the ashes must be emptied. Grilling in the fireplace is strictly prohibited.
