Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a large corner sofa and a round armchair, a wooden table, a fireplace and a 50-inch smart TV, as well as a second living room with a small sofa, a piano and a coffee table.
