The 3 covered terraces are ideal for dining al fresco and the wooden pergola with the vine and the old well offer the ideal setting for sipping your morning coffee in the shade. The large swimming pool is the perfect spot for the refreshment after the long sunbathing lying carelessly on the cozy deck chairs. The outside shower will certainly add the charm of living in harmony with nature. Villa Boccordi offers a small playground for the younger children and several amusing games for the older ones, including darts and table tennis. The villa has private parking reserved for 7 cars. The whole estate is surrounded by the stone wall, securing peace and quiet and so much needed privacy among the lush greenery.
