This beautifully presented family villa Is quietly located in a small village close to the popular resort of Poreč on the Istrian peninsula. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Designed for outdoor living the property enjoys a large pool, a barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a fully equipped summer kitchen with an additional fridge, oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher.

Inside, the bright and spacious living area is framed by three sets of floor-to-ceiling glass doors that flood the area with natural light. This open plan space incorporates; a dining room with a large table and chairs that looks out to the terrace, a TV room with comfortable seating that leads out to the private garden and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, microwave and a fridge freezer.

The villa also has a trampoline and is set up to enjoy sports including football, basketball, handball and table tennis. Electric bicycles are available on request to discover and explore the wider area.

The location of the villa makes it an ideal base for many day trips, but for guests who choose not to leave the area, there are a number of small shops, bars and restaurants that are only a 2-minute drive away.

Location

Antonci is a small village close to Poreč one of the most popular resorts in Croatia. With its cobblestone streets, historical architecture and vibrant cultural scene, the town has become a sought-after destination for travellers.

Walking through the Old Town visitors can explore the array of charming boutiques, galleries and cafes nestled amongst the ancient Roman, Byzantine and Venetian architecture. The Euphrasian Basilica (a 10-minute drive), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is particularly worth visiting.

Nature enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the surrounding countryside characterised by rolling hills, vineyards, picturesque Istrian villages and olive groves, with hiking and biking trails that wind through the landscape. The Parenzana Trail (an 8-minute drive), a former railway track is worth exploring and there are several wineries within a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.

Poreč also offers a choice of beaches including; Brulo Beach (a 15-minute drive), Plava Laguna Beach (a 12-minute drive away) and Zelena Laguna Beach (a 10-minute drive), here guests can relax in the sun or engage in water sports like kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkelling. Children will enjoy the Aquacolors Water Park (an 8-minute drive) which provides a fun-filled day of water-based fun for all ages.

Golf enthusiasts can visit the nearby Adriatic Golf Club in Savudrija (a 45-minute drive), which offers an 18-hole course with views of the sea and surrounding landscapes. The marina in Poreč (a 15-minute drive) offers boat rental services for those who want to explore the coastline from the sea.

There are also many tennis courts on the Poreč Riviera an indoor aquatic centre, wellness and fitness centres, mini golf and opportunities to get involved with diving, sailing, surfing, sailing, water skiing, canoeing, rowing and riding.

The closest international airport is Pula (PUY) a 45-minute drive away from the accommodation. Please note that the pool is open from the 29th of June 2024 to the 7th of September 2024
