The fifth bedroom of the floor, which also has two single beds and an en-suite with shower, is accessible from the patio since it’s a renovated garage. All the bedrooms of the villa are provided with electric radiators.
The incredibly spacious living area, which is only accessible from the garden, features luminous windows, comfortable sofas and a long dining table where all the family can share their meals or long afternoons of playing board games. The fully-equipped independent kitchen and a smaller dining room with a brick fireplace complete the indoor facilities of the villa.
