Ai Helis Beach and a choice of tavernas are 10 minutes' walk away and the popular resort of Svoronata is within a short drive. Villa Katrina is located down a narrow track in the small resort of Svoronata on the South Coast of Kefalonia, close to the capital, Argostoli. Unlike most of the island, this area is very flat making it ideal to explore on foot. The village has 3 convenient mini markets and several tavernas. Very much a family area, there are 3 sandy beaches nearby. The livelier resort of Lassi is just a short drive away if you wish to visit its 2 beautiful sandy beaches - Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos. It's a short transfer from the airport to the villa.
