A spacious sun terrace surrounds the 8x5 metre private pool and features a built-in barbecue, shaded dining area, and comfortable sun loungers—perfect for leisurely afternoons and al fresco dining. An outdoor jacuzzi and shower cubicle further enhance the experience.

One of the bedrooms is uniquely designed as an attic room beneath the roof, also complete with its own bathroom and walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided, with optional towel and sheet changes available at an additional charge.

Villa Kallithea offers complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout, air conditioning in all rooms, and private on-site parking without the need for prior reservation.
