The whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant (not shared with any other person), so it is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. If you are 2 families with 5 children, it is possible to put another extra bed in the hallway next to the bedrooms or one of the children can sleep in the sofa bed on the ground floor.
