The villa has 3 walls made from adjustable louvered doors, windows and walls. They are as beautiful as they are secure and functional. They are covered with insect screen. They open and close easily to allow as much ocean breeze in as you desire.
Only one and a half mile drive to the Viceroy Sugar Beach Resort, 4 miles to the black sand beach at Anse Chastinet and a short walk to Malgretoute Beach which is situated at the southern base of the Petite Piton.
Both master bedrooms are air conditioned with new units. While the trade winds do a great job of keeping the villa cool at night, the request for AC continues to come up. We now have it in both of the bedrooms.
