The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is completed by a well equipped porch with tables and chairs and a panoramic gazebo with sitting area, ideal to spend pleasant moments outdoors.
The villa is on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a living room-kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads downstairs, where there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds all with direct access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower.
