The Villa has security cameras in the garden, entrance and the garage, connected to the alarm company recording 24h/day. The alarm will be connected when the Villa is vacant or at night while sleeping.

The Villa is located in a private gated residence community with a 24 hour security company. The villa is divided in 6 floors, all connected by the main elevator and a glass and forge staircase.
