Villa with rustic and traditional architecture, spacious and comfortable, very close (500m.) for 5/6 people, from the center town and beach. Large plot fully fenced and landscaped with a variety of vegetation.

Distributed over two floors. The ground floor has an equipped kitchen, living-dining room, double bedroom with two single beds and bathroom (shower). Double bedroom with two singles beds, single bedroom (one single bed) and two bathrooms (shower). From the kitchen and living room there is access to a large "L" shaped naya and from this there is access to a beautiful "patio". The upper floor is distributed in a double bedroom (two single beds) and a bathroom.
Outside we find a large terrace on which the large pool and a covered barbecue are located.

The villa has internet access and air conditioning in the three double bedrooms and fan in the single bedroom.

The "check in" will take place at the agency, with entry from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and "check out" (departures) before 10:00 a.m.
Bed linen, toiletries, final cleaning, air conditioning (with reasonable consumption) and taxes included in the price.

Parties and events are not allowed.
No more people than those allowed can spend the night in the home.
