There is also a small, well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you exit onto the sun terrace with a Jacuzzi for 4 people from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake . From here there is access to the garden with lake view equipped with sun loungers and parasol. Behind the house two/three parking spaces are available for guests.
