On the minus one floor, garden level, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower, a living room with lake view furnished with a table for 4, a double sofa bed and a single armchair bed. There is also a small, well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you exit onto the sun terrace with a Jacuzzi for 4 people from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake . From here there is access to the garden with lake view equipped with sun loungers and parasol. Behind the house two/three parking spaces are available for guests. Villa Diana is equipped with every comfort with well-divided spaces, ideal for families who want to spend a holiday together. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the lakefront and the beaches of Oggebbio, in 10 minutes by car you can reach the town of Verbania or Cannobio. Small and medium size dogs are allowed for a fee.
