The double-door entrance leads you to a spacious living room with a 75" Smart HDTV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+), and a comfortable sectional. From here, you can access the wrap-around golf course view lanai that faces the 13th fairway. The lanai is furnished with seating and a BBQ, perfect for grilling burgers under the tropical sun. This single-story villa ensures you won't have to worry about carrying heavy bags upstairs.
The kitchen is a haven for the chef in your group, equipped with a drip coffee maker, double oven, kettle, dishwasher, and more to make you feel right at home. The formal dining table seats six, with an additional two seats at the breakfast nook in the kitchen.
The two master bedrooms ensure total privacy and are separated by the living room. Each master bedroom features a King bed, ensuite bathroom with standing shower, and 50" Smart TV, so there's no need to fight for the remote! Central AC keeps the living area and both bedrooms cool.
The 3rd bedroom studio has its own private entrance and features a comfortable King bed with a 55" Smart TV to watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Amazon movies/TV shows. Complimentary internet is also provided. The kitchenette is great for a cup of morning coffee and a quick snack before exploring the island. There is a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and mini-fridge available. The spacious bathroom has a standing shower. Please note:
• Air-conditioning in the condo is available only when the temperature exceeds 75°F. The A/C is controlled from a NEST central thermostat, and needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C. We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 75F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer. Bedroom 3 has weak and spotty Wifi.
