The Price includes:
- Utilities: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

In Montefeltro, an old historical region renowned today for its inestimably beautiful natural setting and its rich heritage of art, culture, traditions and gastronomy, between the lush region of Marche and the fascinating region of Tuscany, stands Villa Agostini. Located at the top of a small hillock, it will reveal to you all the charm of the hills in which it lies, with woods and carefully cultivated fields as far as the eye can see, dominated by the outline of the Regional Park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello. The building is a classic example of a typical farmhouse of the area, surrounded by a large garden and enhanced by a lovely swimming pool, which has maintained all the original architectural features, with small windows in the thick exposed walls that have been expertly preserved and treated. It is the ideal place for exploring the cultural, historical and landscape beauties such as Urbino, a city of immense historical and artistic wealth and a Unesco World Heritage Site, as well as the many different specialties of local cuisine with countless food and wine tours.

Interior:
The villa has two floors, connected both internally and externally. From the entrance on the ground floor you enter a cosy taverna (basement room) with TV and Playstation for the kids' entertainment, an eat-in kitchen overlooking the park and swimming pool, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The elegant external staircase up to the main entrance on the first floor leads into the refined living room with fireplace. Four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower, complete the floor. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Park:
Villa Agostini, with its 3000 sq m of park, is characterised by large areas of plush lawn that surround the house and the swimming pool, interrupted here and there by fragrant coloured flowers with hedges that delimit the spaces. The portico, with a brick barbecue and a wood oven nearby, is set up for outdoor meals while the pergola is perfect for enjoying a good glass of wine while admiring the sunset with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. A well-kept garden full of herbs, roses, lavender and jasmine completes this beautiful outdoor area. There is a 4-car, outdoor parking area between the automatic iron gate and the villa.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The irregularly-shaped swimming pool, located on the same level as the house and just a few metres from it, is situated on the side opposite the driveway. Measuring 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1,40 m, it is lined in PVC and has Roman steps for access to the water. There is a waterfall and external and internal lighting. The stone-paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
