Shorewood 424 offers multiple balconies with wonderful pool and ocean views. This villa is located on the second floor with no elevator access. As you enter the condo, you are greeted with an open concept feel. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other. This condo is also outfitted with wireless internet and has a washer/dryer.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The dining area can seat up to eight guests total. The living room offers plenty of seating, a flat screen television and direct access to a balcony with pool and ocean views.
The master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king bed, small flat screen television and access to the balcony. The private bath is updated and has a walk-in shower.
The second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and hosts the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom two offers a king bed and access to a private balcony with pool and ocean views. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two double beds and a small flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Shorewood is a gated complex located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. It features a large, oceanfront zero entry community pool and hot tub (heated seasonally only). There is a beach path with outdoor showers available and an oceanfront sundeck. Plus even a kiddie pool for the little ones!
