Extra-large Master suite with 2 master bathrooms. Total of 7 bedrooms all with private bathroom, 7 king size beds, 1 queen size bed, 5 full size beds. 2 TV rooms, one of them with sleeping sofa. we host a maximum of 16 guests.
We have staff ; Cook, Buttler, Made and Gardener. They work included from 8 am - 5 pm.
If you like them to stay late to cook and serve dinner.

1-10 guests 100 USD
11-15 guests 150 USD
15-20 guests 200 USD
afer 10 pm 10 USD per hour per staff member.

Transfers, golf cart rental, boat rental, restaurant reservations, will send you a house food menu, Menu for Massages and facials home spa service.
You can sent me a pre arrival shopping list for arrival day and first breakfast.
When you arrive we will have a welcome refreshment and snack on the house, ready for you. Once you get to the Villa, our house butler Andres is your English speaking talk to person for everything inside the house, meal coordinating and food shopping.
If the Butler shops for you, he charhes 20 USD each supermarket run.
I will be checking in on you, to make sure everything is at your convinience.
