The villa has recently been modernized and is equipped with all the necessary comforts, the living area is very spacious, bright and is equipped with Air Conditioning and an evocative Wood Fireplace.

From the living area you have access to the kitchen, spacious and comfortable so you can try your hand at typical Sicilian culinary recipes.
A corridor divides the living area from the sleeping area where you will have 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) equipped with large and comfortable beds, sheets, pillows, fans, LCD TV and free WiFi internet access available throughout the entire house.
The bathroom is instead located in the middle of the sleeping area, comfortable and close to all the rooms, it is complete with towels for each guest.

Over 600 square meters of garden the villa has large outdoor areas equipped with tables, sofas, armchairs, umbrellas and barbecue.
The covered veranda becomes your corner of paradise for evenings in total relaxation and from the 120 square meter terrace you will have the opportunity to admire the surrounding area and truly breathtaking sunsets.

Parking your car will not be a problem, in addition to the ample street parking you can park your car inside the villa in total autonomy and peace of mind.
