Villa Felice is the ideal choice for families or small groups who prefer a quieter location to the more hectic hotspots on the Amalfi Coast. Situated around 2 km from the shops and restaurants in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, the villa is within easy reach of the beaches and the bustling seaside town of Sorrento.
With a total floor area of over 100m², this 2-bedroom villa has a delightful garden with a hammock, terraces, a smallish pool (5 x 4 m and 1,4 m deep) with sunbathing terrace and a table tennis table. The owners have cleverly created two dining spaces: a covered dining area that overlooks the pool, with a small outdoor kitchen that’s perfect for those laid-back al fresco dinner, and a raised terrace (20 m²) which can be accessed from the pool or the living room, with a table and chairs for 6.
Not included in the price, to be paid on site upon arrival:
• Tourist tax 3,00 euros per day per person for the first 5 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• Final cleaning 60,00 euros
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.
The villa is simply furnished but comfortable, with a touch of indulgence by way of a wellness center. This includes a mini gym – exercise bike, bench press and a relaxation bed – and a sauna for two. The ground floor also has a living room, with double sofa bed, armchair and access to the terrace, and, just off the living room, a spacious kitchen with table.
