On the large terrace, of course also with a sea view, there is a dining table for eight people (extendable to a maximum of 12 people).
At the back, there is another terrace with a dining area for 12 people and a large outdoor grill.

The villa was completely renovated and refurbished in 2008. The living area is equipped with a 50” plasma TV, fireplace and crystal chandeliers.
