This is a 55 and over community which requires one occupant to be 55 or older. There are three golf courses in the Sun City Center community and many more in the surrounding area.

Also comes with two passes to the Sun City Center Community Center which includes 3 swimming pools (one outside and two inside therapy pools), a state of the art fitness center, on site tennis and pickle ball courts and many other activities. Verona also has it’s own communal swimming pool for Verona residents and guests.
Sun City Center is a short drive to Ruskin, Bradenton, St. Petersburg or Sarasota beaches and is conveniently located 45 minutes south of Tampa International Airport and an hour north of St. Armands Square in Sarasota. It’s also a half hour drive to outlet mall.
Membership is also available for purchase to Club Renaissance Country Club with greater than 60 day rental which has resort style swimming pool, a spa, gym, restaurants and bar.
