Villa Gamberaia is located on the hill of Settignano, with uninterrupted views of Florence and the Arno valley and is famous for its beautiful gardens.

Indipendent villa for 18 people spread over two floors. On the ground floor, through an entrance with a vaulted ceiling, there is access to a large atrium; there are also 4 double / twin rooms with private bathroom with tub. The two floors are also connected by elevator. On the first floor there are 5 double / twin rooms with 3 bathrooms, a large living room with access to the terrace overlooking the historic garden, the dining room, a large kitchen and finally the laundry / ironing room.

Price per night. The price includes utilities, A/C and heating, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, change of linen and cleaning every 3 days, continental breakfast and 2 people of the staff available 8 hours per day.
Cautionary Deposit: 10% of the total ammount of the booking.
A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

Payment method: account 30% of the total amount at the confirmation. Balance 60 days before the arrival.
Cancellation Policy: within 60 days before the arrival 1/3 of deposit; after 60 days 100%
