The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas span a total indoor space of 120 square meters, ensuring a spacious and comfortable stay.

Accommodating up to five guests, the villa features a master bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and an additional guest bedroom with a double bed (180×200), which can be converted into twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, providing privacy and convenience. A sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping arrangements.

The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a private 45-square-meter infinity pool. Pool heating is available upon request, with an additional cost starting from EUR 820 per week, depending on the required temperature. A pool cover is provided to maximize heating efficiency, and a minimum of three days' notice is required to arrange this service. Only one pool within the estate can be heated at a time.

Villa Aegean Sunset is ideally located on the tranquil beachfront, just 2 km from Kissamos town and 100 meters from the nearest restaurant. The picturesque Venetian port of Chania is a 20-minute drive away, while Chania International Airport is approximately 50 km from the property. The villa serves as a perfect base for exploring Western Crete, whether it be enjoying fresh seafood at local tavernas, shopping in Chania, or visiting the renowned beaches of Falasarna and Elafonisi.

Guests will enjoy a host of modern amenities, including air conditioning, climate control, free WiFi, a smart TV with satellite channels, and a Bluetooth speaker. A complimentary welcome pack awaits guests upon arrival. Daily housekeeping services (excluding Sundays) ensure a comfortable stay, with fresh linens and towels provided twice weekly. Our villa manager is available to assist with recommendations, restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, and general inquiries.

For those seeking an enhanced experience, a private concierge service is available at an additional cost. This includes a dedicated villa assistant, 24/7 support, personalized itinerary planning, in-villa services such as private chefs, massages, yoga sessions, and grocery delivery, as well as assistance with outdoor excursions, private boat trips, and special events. Prices for the concierge service depend on the level of service and duration, with a minimum three-day booking required.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival. Villa Aegean Sunset maintains a no-smoking policy indoors, and pets are welcome upon request. The balance of the stay is payable 60 to 30 days prior to arrival.
