Whether you're planning a large family getaway, a reunion with friends, or a memorable special event, Tanager Villa is the perfect destination. For smaller groups, this villa is flexible and can be rented as a 3, 4, 5, or 6-bedroom retreat. Read below for more information on booking options.
The Space

Welcome to Tanager Villa, a newly renovated tropical haven offering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and privacy. This expansive villa accommodates up to 12 guests and features beautifully designed, air-conditioned bedrooms with panoramic views of both the rainforest and ocean.
Main House

The main house (fully Air-Conditioned)is designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, with an open-plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen. The spacious sundeck features a sparkling swimming pool, perfect for lounging while taking in the spectacular ocean views.

On the second floor, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds. Two of these bedrooms offer sweeping ocean views, while the third enjoys a peaceful view of the surrounding rainforest.
Separate Suite

Below the main house is a private, separate 2-bedroom suite, housing the 4th and 5th bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The suite also includes an additional common area, ideal for extra relaxation and privacy.
Anexo Building

For the ultimate in seclusion, the 6th bedroom is located across from the main house in a private Anexo building. This bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private balcony with panoramic ocean views.
Flexible Options for Smaller Groups

Tanager Villa is ideal for groups of all sizes, with flexible rental options:

Groups of 1-6 guests: Automatically access 3 bedrooms. You can add a 4th, 5th, or 6th bedroom at an additional cost.
Groups of 7-8 guests: Automatically access 4 bedrooms. You can add a 5th or 6th bedroom at an additional cost.
Groups of 9-10 guests: Automatically access 5 bedrooms. You can add a 6th bedroom at an additional cost.
Groups of 11-12 guests: Automatically access all 6 bedrooms.

Additional Rooms:
Each additional room is $100 per night plus applicable fees and taxes. You can book the villa with your exact guest count to block your dates, then contact us at least 24 hours prior to arrival if you'd like to add more rooms.

Private and Exclusive:
Rest assured, we do not rent empty rooms to other guests, ensuring that your rental is completely private and secluded during your stay.
