First Floor accessed by internal wooden staircase: 2nd master bedroom + ensuite with shower, a 3rd master bedroom with with no window, which shares the bath at the ground floor. Comfy double sofa bed at the ground floor suitable for 2 kids / teens, separated on 3 sides with gray mobile tcurtains to get total privacy.
