Downstairs comprises of a comfortably furnished air-conditioned L-shaped lounge with both leather and fabric sofas, TV with News and International channels and DVD player. Large French windows open out onto a beautifully furnished covered porch, pool and lawned area. To the left of the lounge is the formal elegant air-conditioned dining room and on the opposite side of the hall comes the superbly fitted kitchen. This has dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and a fitted dining area to one side. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine, walk-in pantry and exit onto the back terrace, and barbecue area. Outside, the superb private kidney-shaped pool has a shallow end for children and is surrounded by high walled hedges and spacious terraces.
