Villa Sa Font is a beautiful property located in one of the most beautiful places in the north of Mallorca, the area of Sa Font in Pollença. The house has been integrated into a garden with private pool and beautiful views of the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. With its 250m2 and 5 bedrooms, Sa Font welcomes up to 10 guests. The property has all kinds of comforts and a spirit of modernity while preserving the original beauty of a country house, with its tiled floors, wooden furniture and exposed beams on the ceilings. Distribution:
The property has two houses. The main building has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace as well as a living room with a large table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is the main room with a double bed and terrace with views of the mountains. Two other rooms and a bathroom complete the floor.
The second building, next to the pool, houses a perfectly equipped kitchen, has a dining table for 10 people. On one side we find a complete bathroom.
The pool, surrounded by sun loungers, has beautiful views of the lower garden and a large barbecue with a table for 10 people and umbrellas.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is 0.25 €/Kw - to be paid on departure.
Note 5. Please note that there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
