The LONGOBARDI sea-front villa, is 20 minute, from airport Chania, and is farther, about 2 hour, from airport Heraclio.
The area around is very quiet. The sea gulf, in front of the house, is like a lake, always calm, very clean water, and I guaranty, it is very safe. The ground area is extending until the sea, and the house distance to the sea, is 30metres away.
You can swim right under the house private.

The villa is well designed to make the most of the wonderful views, and it is very comfortable. Outside, the choice of multiple shaded or sunny terraces, pool and garden, offer a comfortable place to relax whatever the heat.
Nearby Marathi is quite simply breath taking. The vistas are stunning, as is the water, and the quality of restaurants behind the beaches reflect the fact that they cater for more than just the tourist industry! Quite a surprise, Chania is lovely too and surprisingly close – makes for a great day out.
