The Sea Side Villas is a gated beachfront complex located 1/4 mile south of Coligny Plaza at 23 South Forest Beach Drive. Villa #285 is on 2nd floor and has a view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit is close to the elevator and the pool is located nearby. From the door of the condo to the sand dunes is about 125 yards, then a 50 foot boardwalk places you on the beach. Laundry rooms are on each floor. Unit is fully furnished and linens are provided. There are 2 queen size beds and private bathrooms for each bedroom.
