The fully fenced property provides parking for several cars. The front features a covered terrace and a boules court, while the back boasts another terrace with a Creuset barbecue and splendid panoramic sea views. Stairs lead directly to the sea for swimming and snorkeling.

Ideal for couples or families with children, this retreat allows kids to play in the water in front of the house while parents relax on the terrace, enjoying the sun, shade, and a good book. A list of the best local food and service shops is provided for your convenience. Pets are welcome in the villa, but approval from the owner is required. Three golf courses are within a 5 to 15-minute drive, and it's a 60-minute drive from Nice or a 2-hour drive from Marseille. Additionally, there is a convenient bus stop right in front of the house, providing easy access to and from St Raphael TGV railway station.
