Villa Milo is a beautifully architecturally designed villa, situated on an elevated position and it stands on a very spacious plot with views over the surrounding vineyards and farms. The villa is located within easy reach of Albufeira, Guia and the beautiful beaches of Gale, Sao Rafael, and Albufeira, which are ideally suited for families and children. Guia has become famous in recent years for its excellent selection of restaurants and is best known for its local specialty "Chicken Piri-Piri", an excellent chicken, traditionally grilled over charcoal and marinated in a spicy sauce. The popular and lively center of Albufeira is just a five minute drive from the villa. The older part of this former fishing village has retained much of its original charm and you will find an excellent selection of bars and restaurants as you walk through the narrow cobbled streets. The challenging Salgados golf course is approximately 5 km from the villa and a large selection of golf courses in the Lagoa area, about a twenty minute drive away.

Ground floor: living room with terrace and access to the swimming pool. Satellite TV with DVD and sound system. Wifi internet. Dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all modern facilities such as a dishwasher, steam oven, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. There is a laundry room with washing machine and a second fridge. Bedroom with double bed and a separate bedroom. Family bathroom.
First floor: Master bedroom with double king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Double bedroom with bathroom with sauna for 4 people.
Outside: There is a large lawn in front of the property with attractive flower beds and there are spacious terraces around the pool, with a shaded living and dining area to escape the heat of the day. The private swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters and has Roman steps. Nice sun loungers around the pool and a barbecue.
