Nestled within a private estate, the property boasts a private pool and extensive landscaped outdoor areas, ideal for relaxation and admiring the sea. A pool technician ensures weekly maintenance for your convenience.
Linen is included, providing bedding for 8 guests, 8 bath towels, and 8 hand towels. Linen renewal is not scheduled during the stay but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of €180.

All communication is handled via WhatsApp to streamline and expedite responses to requests.

Financial Management: All transactions are handled through booking platforms (VRBO, Expedia, etc.). Funds are transferred directly to the owner within 4 to 7 days after the guests’ arrival. Yohann Bolzan does not manage financial transactions.
