The Lounge / Diner has 2 large Sofas, Flat screen TV, Table & 6 Chairs and patio doors leading out onto the large pool terrace.
There is a brand new open plan kitchen / dining area where you will find every appliance necessary for you to wine and dine in style. The kitchen also provides access via patio doors onto the pool terrace. There is also a second kitchen / Utility room where you will find a washing machine, additional fridge freezer and oven and hob.
The absolute beauty of this villa is the outside pool and terrace. There are numerous terraces to sit and unwind, including a small roof terrace and a beautiful decked area too.
The main pool terrace has a large pool 10m x 5m with roman pillars and also a small pool jacuzzi too. There are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs and sofas for you to relax in the sunshine and eat Al Fresco Style . The outside terrace too has a separate toilet and outside shower
