No neighbors to see anywhere in and around the villa and its park. Beautiful trees and yet close to all facilities and the beaches we offer you this spacious ground-floor 'architect designed villa' (ca. 200 m2) with 4 bedrooms. There is a modern private salt water swimming pool (10 x 5m) (redone in 2017), in a landscaped parkgarden and, as mentioned, with a lot of privacy. The beaches of Frejus, Saint Raphael and Agay, with lots of the nice restaurants and cafes, are situated at only 5 till 10 car minutes drive from the villa.
