The kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping quarters include three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Two of these feature queen-size beds and ample closet space, while the third offers a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed. One of the double bedrooms also boasts a private balcony with sea views. The villa includes two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and convenience.
The private swimming pool, accessible via a few steps, is a standout feature of the villa. Surrounded by greenery and outdoor furniture, it provides a peaceful retreat for relaxation. The pool is open seasonally from June 15 to September 15. Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and an outdoor parking space within the property.
