Villa Abbiadori is a charming 120-square-meter property located in the serene area of Abbiadori, just a short drive from Porto Cervo and the stunning beaches of Costa Smeralda. Designed for families and groups, the villa comfortably accommodates up to seven guests with its three bedrooms, four beds, and two bathrooms, all conveniently situated on the ground floor.

Surrounded by nature, the villa is bathed in natural light, enhanced by vibrant furnishings and large windows. The living area features a cozy sofa, a television, a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and an espresso coffee machine. From the living area, guests can step onto a terrace furnished with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while admiring breathtaking sea views.

The sleeping quarters include three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Two of these feature queen-size beds and ample closet space, while the third offers a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed. One of the double bedrooms also boasts a private balcony with sea views. The villa includes two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and convenience.

The private swimming pool, accessible via a few steps, is a standout feature of the villa. Surrounded by greenery and outdoor furniture, it provides a peaceful retreat for relaxation. The pool is open seasonally from June 15 to September 15. Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron, and an outdoor parking space within the property.

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival, along with a final cleaning fee of EUR 470. Guests may also need to pay a tourist tax, depending on local regulations, either upon arrival or shortly beforehand.
