The space
Villa Fiji is a luxurious 5,800 sq ft, fully renovated home with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, located in Brickell and surrounded by all that Miami has to offer, from the finest beaches to the hottest nightclubs. Villa Fiji is a stunning and unique paradise where you and your guests can relax and indulge in Miami culture. The beach as well as the airport are only minutes away.

Upon arrival at Villa Fiji you will find a driveway and garage where you are able to park up to X cars. When you enter the luxury villa, you will be greeted with a bar stocked with all the equipment you need so that you and your guests can craft countless cocktails upon arrival. Alcohol not provided.

Once you finish your drink, make yourself at home by enjoying the many amenities including an outdoor barbecue and lounging area, a pool and jacuzzi, and more. You will find your villa rental Villa Fiji ready for you with a fully stocked kitchen. You can expect tasteful artwork, high-end linens and towels, comfortable beds, cribs and strollers available upon request – everything you need for a luxurious stay in paradise. Water, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning
Our water is run through a filtration system, offering you clean and pure water. Villa Moraru has high-speed Wifi for your convenience. The home comes with a central A/C system to cool you down from the hot Miami sun. Villa Moraru has several A/C units, which we upkeep by changing the filters once a month and flushing out the system twice a month as part of our routine maintenance. Please understand that this is a rental and with the constant in and out, our A/C units work much harder than normal. We ask that you be mindful in closing all doors after coming in and out of the home. We will always ensure that the A/C is working prior to your arrival, but if an issue were to arise as a result of doors being left open, we will send someone over as soon as possible. In order to avoid such instances, please be mindful of the advice laid out.

The Climate & Bugs
Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. Villa Moraru is inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Here at Dream Villas we offer a full concierge service powered by Our Haus Management, and are able to hire an in-house, private chef for you. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your favorite cuisine. You can request traditional Miami cuisine to get the full experience, enjoy Surf and Turf, and so much more. Otherwise, Miami is home to a great array of unique cuisine and restaurants with incredible locations, all near Villa Moraru.

Irresponsible Behavior
Irresponsible behavior, including threatening or abusive conduct towards the host or neighbors of the house, will not be tolerated. The host will refuse to allow check-in to the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have related to any irresponsible behavior. The host also has full authority to end guest stay in the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have behaved irresponsibly. No refund will be given regarding the cancellation/canceled stay due to irresponsible behavior. The host will not have a further responsibility to the guest once the booking is canceled and or the stay is ended.
