The ground floor level offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay, a spacious living room with TV, A/C, PS4, sofa, dining area for 8, and a balcony with amazing sea views. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. From the dining room, you can approach a lounge area on the west side of the villa.
The first floor offers a Master bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200, TV, A/C, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with amazing sea views. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180x200 (can separate into 2 single beds), TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony with amazing sea views. The lower ground floor offers a Bedroom No4 with a king-size bed 160x200, TV, A/C, and a direct approach to the pool area. There is also a summer kitchen with a lounge corner with a TV and a family bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool 4m x 4m (16sqm), 6 sun deck chairs, a Jacuzzi, covered dining area for 8 pax with an electric barbecue, a lounge corner for relaxing, and an outdoor shower. From the sun deck area, you have amazing sea views.
