It is distributed on the ground floor and has three comfortable double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. All rooms are outside-facing and overlook the garden and its surroundings. The house offers all the comforts you would find in your own home, such as free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
The finca is located in a quiet and well-connected area, just 10 km (a 10-minute drive) from the bay of Alcúdia, where you can visit Port d'Alcúdia with its large sandy beaches or the charming town of Alcúdia, an ancient Roman town with a large market every Tuesday and Sunday. The property is a 15-minute drive from the areas of Pollença and Port de Pollença, being the latter famous for its coves. It is also near Pollença Golf and Alcanada Golf. From the town of Pollença you can start a trip touring the wonderful cliffs and small towns that make up the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site.
The nearest town to the villa is Sa Pobla, where you can find supermarkets, shops and a wide variety of restaurants in the centre, which you can enjoy away from mass tourism.
Air Conditioning:
- Although the house does not have an air conditioning system, we can provide portable fans for the summer months and portable radiators for the colder months.

- The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform.
- Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service. For this reason, upon departure it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
