Residence VILLA DU ROUSSILLON - Out of sight, this holiday lodge will seduce you with its calm and not overlooked environment.

On one level and equipped for 6 people it consists of:

Entrance through the courtyard with barbecue available, deckchairs and garden furniture, a living room with TV and sofa bed, an equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, etc. a 1st bedroom with 140 cm bed access to the courtyard, a bathroom (shower) with washing machine, a separate toilet and a 2nd bedroom with a 90 cm bunk bed + 1 90 cm bed.

The 2 bedrooms have storage space.

Private numbered parking lot. Accepted animals !

The +: Proximity to local shops, the small shopping center, the beach 800m away and the Port.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

This rental accepts animals - A supplement of €30 per animal/stay will be requested.

WIFI BOX rental: €39/week

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
