The Space:
This north facing, architectural sanctuary comprises a series of spaces that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
Its heart is the courtyard that connects the internal kitchen, dining and living areas with the outdoor gazebo, gardens and pool.
This harmonious blend of space continues on the upper level with 2 bedrooms, both with their own ensuited bathroom. A dedicated office space and well equipped laundry complete the layout.
Sirens Rest is all yours. Feel free to respectfully use the space as your own. Tony, the owner, has filled this residence with a collection of original art and an eclectic mix of vintage flotsam and jetsam. Everywhere you look, his unique design style is on show.
Summer
Sirens Rest north facing aspect ensures sun and cooling sea breezes all day long.
Winter
Soak up the warming winter sun and shelter from the prevailing westerly winter wind.
Pool
Dive into your stay and commence relaxation mode as you lounge poolside. Cool off in total privacy in this sun-drenched outdoor space. The pool (10 x 3 metres) is not heated. Swim comfortably from October to June.

5 minutes stroll to the surf and village shopping and central to all the amenities that Mermaid and Nobby Beach offer.
The Neighborhood:
Mermaid - Nobby Beach precinct is the Gold Coast's premier lifestyle hub. There’s an eclectic blend of bars and dining options from modern Australian to plenty of Asian culinary experiences in which to participate.
Getting Around:
Mermaid Beach is flat and great for walking and bike riding. Public transport - BUS - is 2 minutes walk away.
