At the front of Villa Tia is a shaded terrace with stone clad pillars, sloped beams and a small table and chairs with views of the distant mountains. Inside, the lounge, dining area and kitchen all have modern amenities, but retain the character and charm of a traditional Majorcan house. The lounge has an ornamental wood burner stove, traditional decor, comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. An archway leads into the kitchen, which has a breakfast table, views over the neighbouring fruit orchard and patio doors onto the rear terrace.

There is a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the front terrace and 2 twin bedrooms. You will also find a bathroom and a shower room. All 3 charming bedrooms have plenty of storage space, and the same beamed ceilings and tiled floors as the rest of the house. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
